Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and Engineering: You'll be at the heart of project design, providing drawings, PLC programming, operator interface design, panel design, and comprehensive documentation. Your work will be instrumental in shaping the success of our projects, under the guidance of our Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer.
- Customer and Supplier Interaction: You'll have the opportunity to interface directly with customers and suppliers, collaborating on the design requirements of your project. Your innovative ideas and solutions will drive project success.
- System Startup: Be on the front lines of bringing our systems to life, ensuring smooth startup and commissioning, and troubleshooting any challenges that may arise.
- Project Generation: Your creativity will shine as you assist in generating new projects from existing customers, and you'll even have the chance to create proposals and quotations, which may include preliminary engineering and design work.
- Collaboration: You'll work closely with our CAD Department and shop teams, ensuring that drawings and panel assembly for your project are in perfect harmony.
- Financial Responsibility: Interface with our management team for all customer invoicing, ensuring our projects stay on track and on budget.
- Documentation: Stay organized and provide accurate weekly documentation of your time per project and task, ensuring we have clear records of your invaluable contributions.
- Safety First: You'll join a team that takes safety seriously, and you'll be responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with our company's safety policies.
