The Production Shift Leader is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all employees on their shift and overseeing operational systems and processes. Additional responsibilities include driving continuous improvement efforts related to safety, quality, production efficiencies and cost reduction.
If you have a two-year degree in Business/Leadership Development and two years of leadership experience OR at least six years of leadership experience as well as strong leadership skills and experience in a manufacturing/production environment, apply today!
