Job Description
A Remote Contract Compensation Specialist job headquartered in Milwaukee, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.
This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably working in compensation. In this position, candidates will conduct salary surveys and analyze results to determine competitiveness and suitability of salary grade. This position will also maintain job description templates, employee files, job evaluations, and all other aspects of compensation.
Compensation Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Conduct and analyze salary surveys
- Complete job evaluations relevant to the labor market
- Maintain job description templates, job evaluations, and employee files
- Analyze labor market information to ensure wage and salaries meet guidelines
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Data and HRIS, and other HR Team members
- Complete all other aspects of compensation as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in Compensation
- Experience with HR and Compensation software programs
- Knowledge of HR Compliance areas
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
