A Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator job in Sheboygan Falls, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of experience in payroll. In this position, candidates will administer benefits plans, answer employee questions, complete employee orientations, and ensure all employee information is documented accurately. This position will also ensure that bi-weekly payroll is processed, process unemployment, and process any tax withholding or pay deductions.
Senior Payroll and Benefits Coordinator job responsibilities include:
- Administer benefit plans
- Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns
- Record employee information and data accurately
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Complete employee orientations
- Assist the Benefits Manager with Wellness programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Accounting
- 3+ years of payroll experience and benefit administration experience preferred
- Excellent experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service and problem solving skills
