A Bilingual HR Generalist job in Fort Atkinson, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of human resources experience and candidates to be bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, candidates will provide employee guidance on FMLA, ADA, and other HR policies and procedures and ensure all employee problems are resolved. This position will assist with talent acquisition and the on-boarding and training of new hires.
Bilingual HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
- Provide employees guidance on FMLA, ADA, and all other HR policies and procedures
- Employee relations and resolving employee issues
- Assist with talent acquisition, writing job postings, sourcing and managing candidate lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation
- Assist with other HR needs as needed
- Complete onboarding and new-hire training
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required, Polish a plus
- Strong experience in talent acquisition
- Understanding of benefit administration, FMLA/ADA, and other policies
- Experience with employee on-boarding
