A Senior Data Engineer job in Milwaukee, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 8+ years of data modeling, architecture, and data engineering experience. In this position, candidates will analyze, design, develop, and test solutions for data integration, performance tuning, and data modeling. This position will also co-architect the next gen cloud data analytics platform, maintain solutions, and perform code reviews.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze, design, develop, and test solutions for data integration, performance tuning, and data modeling.
- Co-architect the next gen cloud data analytics platform.
- Perform code reviews.
- Support data-ops practices.
- Data warehouse modeling.
- Develop data transformation pipelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of data modeling, architecture, and data engineering experience.
- Excellent understanding of data warehouses like Snowflake.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, Agile, and SCRUM.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with core software development activities.
