A Service Desk Technician job in Charles City, IA is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have experience in information technology or systems administration, with an understanding of Microsoft Power Platform. In this position, candidates will ensure all computers and devices are functioning properly and will resolve all technical errors as they occur. - Troubleshoot all technical errors as they occur.
- Maintain documentation for system design, location, configuration, and connectivity.
- Improve system performance by recommending changes.
- Assist with the development of client training programs.
Requirements:
- Experience in information technology or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform software.
- Understanding of ticketing systems.
- Experience with computer imaging and software installation and maintenance.
- Strong customer service skills.
