A part-time Bilingual HR Manager job in Franklin, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This position is with a small manufacturing company with under 25 employees. This role requires candidates to have 4+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong understanding of employee relations, benefits, and employment laws. In this position, you will update and keep current the employee handbook, administer benefits, and manage employee relations. Th position will also review and update company policies and leave management. They offer a flexible part-time schedule of 16-24 hours per week during regular weekday office hours.

Part-Time Bilingual HR Manager job responsibilities include:
- Update and maintain the employee handbook and company policies
- Administer employee benefit programs
- Manage employee relations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding new employees
- Handle unemployment claims and leave management

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of Human Resource experience
- Associate degree or higher in human resources or related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.Â
- Experience with benefit administration and employee relations
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills
