Position Title: Accounting/Finance Manager
Salary: Based on Experience
An Accounting/Finance Manager job in Milwaukee, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. This position will oversee month end close, financial forecasting and analysis, and cost transactions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for month-end close activities.
- Prepare financial forecasts, analysis, and reports.
- Work directly with Operations for cost accounting of products and prepare margin analysis.
- Consolidate financial statements.
- Prepare financial reports to present to leadership.
- Lead budgeting process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Excellent understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong experience with ERP systems.
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel.
- CPA certification a plus.
