Job Description
Position Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience
A Bilingual HR Generalist job, with a safety focus, in Prairie Du Sac, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This newly created role requires candidates to have 1+ years of human resources or safety experience. In this position, you will work closely with the Health & Safety Coordinator to develop and implement new safety policies and procedures, lead safety training, and investigate and resolve safety concerns. This position will also assist with other HR tasks related to recruitment, benefits, and payroll as needed. This position would work the hours of 1pm to 9:30pm M-F or similar schedule for coverage. The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Lead company safety trainings
- Investigate and resolve safety concerns
- Actively research current safety regulations
- Ensure all safety policies are followed
- Assist with other HR tasks as needed including recruitment, benefits, and payroll
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Ability to work 1pm to 9:30 pm M-F or similar schedule is required
- Associates degree in Human Resources preferred
- 1+ years of Human Resources or safety experience
- Experience with HRIS software such as UKG
- Understanding of safety policies and procedures
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
