A CFO job in the Milwaukee, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with 8+ years of previous CFO or executive experience within the manufacturing industry. In this position, you will oversee company financial operations, develop financial strategies to promote growth, oversee all aspects of accounting and finance, and ensure compliance with GAAP. This position will also collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic business plans, oversee ERP implementation, analyze financial performance, and identify potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
CFO job responsibilities include:
- Oversee all company financial operations
- Develop and implement financial strategies for company growth and operational efficiency
- Manage all aspects of accounting and finance, pricing, IT, and risk
- Ensure compliance to GAAP and other accounting regulations
- Collaborate with company executives to develop strategic business plans
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls
- Oversee ERP implementation to streamline operations and enhance data driven decision-making
- Identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and operational efficiencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting of Finance. MBA or CPA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive Accounting experience with 8+ years of previous CFO or finance executive experience
- Expertise in corporate strategy, financial operations, M&A, treasury, and risk management
- Experience in leading an ERP system selection and implementation
- Significant experience in job shop manufacturing, food industry, pharma, or consumer packaged goods
- Experience working in a closely held or family owned company strongly preferred
