About Us: Our client is seeking a talented Community Manager to join their dynamic team and serve as the external voice of our brands while nurturing meaningful relationships with consumers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage owned social media sites, engaging with consumers proactively and reactively to foster positive relationships and enhance brand presence
- Create and curate engaging content across multiple social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency and voice
- Contribute to the development of FAQs, consumer responses, and other brand content in alignment with brand tone and voice
- Stay informed about pop culture, news stories, and social trends to ensure timely and relevant content creation
- Collaborate with the influencer manager to support brand influencer programs and assist with backend connections and reporting metrics
- Moderate and analyze ratings and reviews, providing insights and recommendations to optimize brand performance
- Monitor social media health metrics and share insights to enhance engagement and usage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in PR, journalism, communication, marketing, or relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with experience in social media analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content.
- Experience with social media management, monitoring, and reporting required.
- Experience with social media management software (e.g., Sprinklr) desired.
- Experience with ratings and reviews moderation and management is a plus.
- Bilingual in French or Spanish is a plus.
