A Contract Bilingual Recruiter job in Pleasant Prairie, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience and be bilingual in English and Spanish. In this position, candidates will identify and recruit qualified candidates to open positions. This position will communicate with hiring manager, conduct phone screens, interview candidates, and close offers. This is a contract role with a length of 1 year.
 Bilingual Recruiter job responsibilities include:
- Identify and recruit qualified talent
- Source candidates off of job boards and social media
- Communicate with hiring managers on qualifications
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Close candidate offers
- Participate in job fairs and college recruiting
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Experience working within an ATS system
- Strong experience with recruiting resources such as job boards and social media
