Position Title: Controller
Salary: Based on Experience
A Controller job in Germantown, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This position will manage month-end close, cost accounting, and inventory reporting, including the cost accountant position. This position will also complete all financial analysis and budget preparation.

- Oversee all cost accounting and inventory reporting.
- Lead budget development.
- Manage all audit compliance.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Complete financial analysis and reporting.
Controller Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong understanding and experience with cost accounting, and internal audit and controls.
- Strong general accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Experience with state payroll, sales, and income tax compliance preferred.
