Wage: Based on Experience

This position will also develop budget goals, prepare financial statements, ensure accounting policies are followed, and analyze financial data and variances.
Controller job responsibilities include:
- Maintain financial controls
- Oversee the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll teams

- Develop budget goals
- Prepare financial statements
- Analyze financial data and variances
- Ensure accounting policies are followed according to GAAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5+ years of Accounting experience in a senior level or management role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of banking processes
- Experience with financial data analysis, variances, and GAAP
- Proficient knowledge of national and local tax regulations
- Oracle NetSuite experience preferred
- CPA certification a plus
