What We're Looking For:
- Design & Development: Advance automation systems to boost production efficiency.
- Quotation & Cost Evaluation: Prepare detailed quotes for automation equipment, estimating ROI.
- Programming Proficiency: Expertise in PLC, HMI, Robotics, Drive Control, and inspection Cameras.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot new and existing automation equipment, ensuring seamless operations.
- Process Enhancement: Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes using lean methodologies.
- New Product Development: Collaborate across teams to optimize manufacturing processes and Bill of Manufacture.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of related experience in programming applications and automation equipment.
- Proficiency in Fanuc robots and collaborative robot programming is advantageous.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills.
Additional Skills Preferred:
- CAD/Solidworks experience.
- Background in manufacturing engineering or automated solutions.
- Understanding of complex system designs and estimation capabilities.
