- A minimum of 5 years of management experience in EHS/Safety within the Construction or Manufacturing Industries

- Ability and desire to be hands on with the organization
- An interest in working both inside AND outside when needed!
- Experience leading Safety Committees and with conducting safety training and education programs, and demonstrating the use of safety equipment.
