An Equipment Training Specialist job in Oostburg, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of experience in technical training, technical support, or a technical customer service role. In this position, candidates will develop and present a variety of digital training programs, manuals, presentations, and online resources to customers relating to equipment installation, operation, use, and maintenance. This position will also provide remote technical support, document all support cases, gather feedback, and collaborate with other departments to align with their technical training needs.
Equipment Training Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Develop and present a variety of digital training programs, manuals, presentations, and online resources to customers relating to equipment installation, operation, use, and maintenance
- Provide remote technical support via phone, video, and email
- Document all support cases
- Gather customer feedback to improve training courses
- Collaborate with other departments to align with their technical training needs
- Maintain and increase knowledge of company products operation, maintenance, and instillation
- Attend training sessions to enhance own technical knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in technical training, technical support, or a technical customer service role
- Experience with electronics and machinery repair a plus
- Strong experience providing remote technical support and training
- Understanding of virtual meeting tools such as Zoom and MS Teams
- Proficiency developing training materials
- Strong organizational skills
