Job Description
A Senior Accountant job in Oostburg, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.
This fully onsite role requires candidates to have 3+ years of accounting experience, within a manufacturing or construction environment highly preferred. In this position, you will analyze revenue streams and review gross margins, prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for audits. This position will also prepare cost reports, monitor project budgets and forecasts, maintain inventory costs, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Senior Accountant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze revenue streams and ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Review gross margins
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Reconcile accounts
- Ensure proper documentation for audits
- Prepare cost reports and monitor inventory costs
- Monitor project budgets and assist with forecasting
- Identify cost savings and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, within a manufacturing or construction environment preferred
- Experience with FP&A and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
