Wage: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
A HR Assistant job in Baraboo, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of administrative or human resources experience and strong computer skills. In this position, you will assist the HR team members with benefit administration, recruitment, and payroll. This position will also help maintain employee files, track employee time off, and assist with safety reporting. This role is a temp to hire fully onsite position with a strong manufacturing company.
HR Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with benefit administration.
- Serve as a backup for payroll processing.
- Maintain employee files.
- Track employee time off and leave.
- Assist with safety reporting.
- Assist with recruitment.
HR Assistant Requirements:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2+ years of administrative or human resources experience.
- Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Understanding of Federal and State employment laws and payroll.
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
