Position Title: HR Director
Salary: Based on Experience
Due to company growth, a HR Director job in Manitowoc, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of Human Resources experience with experience in a management or supervisory role. This position will manage all Human Resources responsibilities and have two direct reports. This position will also be responsible for benefit administration, employee relations, and overseeing recruitment efforts. This role has an onsite work schedule.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the Human Resources department including management of HR staff.
- Oversee benefit and leave administration.
- Manage the company’s wellness program.
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal human resources laws and policies.
- Manage and oversee all recruitment and hiring efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience with some experience in management required.
- Proficient experience with recruiting and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of benefit and leave administration.
- SHRM or PHR certification or a similar certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
