A HR Generalist - Recruiter job in Manitowoc, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 1+ years of Human Resources experience with a strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle process. In this position, candidates will manage the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and conducting onboarding for all new hires. This position will also assist in the administration of employee benefits, resolve HR related issues, post open jobs, and maintain the employee database.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience
- Proficient experience with the recruitment life cycle
- Experience with employee benefits
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Excellent data entry skills
