A HR Generalist job in Oshkosh, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist in managing employee benefit programs, recruitment, and payroll processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. This position will also coordinate employee events, maintain employee data, and act as a resource of support for all employee issues.
HR Generalist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage employee benefit programs
- Assist with recruitment and payroll processing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Coordinate company events.
- Maintain employee data within the HRIS.
- Act as a resource of support for all employee issues.
HR Generalist Requirements:
- Associates degree in Human Resources or Business administration required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient experience with MS Office, HRIS and payroll software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with benefit administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
