Position Title: HR Manager
Salary: Based on Experience

- Coordinate and implement HR policies and programs.Â
- Full cycle recruitment.
- Coach leadership on employee relations issues and performance management.Â
- Assist with employee development and training.
- Assist with administering compensation and safety policies.
HR Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience and 2+ years of management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- PHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
