Job Description

Position Title: HR Specialist

An HR Specialist job in Monroe, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.

This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. In this position, candidates will provide HR support to onsite employees by conducting new hire orientations, administrating benefits, and maintaining employee records. This position will also assist with employee relations and conducting employee investigations.

HR Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Complete new hire orientations
- Administer employee benefits
- Conduct entrance and exit reviews
- Support payroll team
- Assist in planning company events
- Assist with employee relations and conducting employee investigations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of benefit administration
- Recruiting experience a plus
- Knowledge of multi-union experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
