Job Description
Position Title: HR Specialist
An HR Specialist job in Monroe, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions.
This role requires candidates to have 2+ years of human resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. In this position, candidates will provide HR support to onsite employees by conducting new hire orientations, administrating benefits, and maintaining employee records. - Conduct entrance and exit reviews
- Support payroll team
- Assist in planning company events
- Assist with employee relations and conducting employee investigations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of benefit administration
- Recruiting experience a plus
- Knowledge of multi-union experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
