Position Title: Head Accountant/Office Manager

Salary: Based on Experience 

A Head Accountant/Office Manager job in Jefferson, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. In this position, you will manage and develop internal office processes, complete payroll, oversee IT projects, and collaborate with staff and clients for their needs. This position will develop tax preparation protocols, review client taxes, ensure timely record keeping, manage office bookkeeping, and track bookkeeping for clients. Head Accountant/Office Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Office Management with knowledge of tax accounting.
- Strong experience with bookkeeping.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- CPA Certification a plus.
