Job Description

Position Title: Help Desk Technician II

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer phones and record issues as a ticket, follow set SOP for escalation and resolution
- Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, prospects, vendors, and team members in a clear, friendly, direct, and professional manner
- Identify user problems and work within a structured problem management and resolution process to remediate them within established SLAs
- Utilize the professional services automation (PSA) solution along with other service-specific tools and technologies to deliver on-site or remote user support services
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve client technical service requests; this includes, but is not limited to, computer hardware and operating systems, printers, software application installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot workstations and servers in both workgroup and domain environments; this includes, but is not limited to, routers, switches, VoIP phones, servers, workstations and/or printer connectivity to the network or out to the Internet
- Provide assistance to customers on usability and functionality of software and hardware products
- Work as a team member to collaboratively resolve customer requests and technical issues with other team members, partners, and vendors

Requirements:
- 2 years of Technical experience, and/or with Office 365, Windows 7 to Windows 10
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification
- Any Microsoft MCSA certification
- Cisco Entry-Level certification
