Job Description

Position Title: Helpdesk Level II

Responsibilities:
- Update hardware and software packages
- Revise documentation
- Install computer and network systems
- Remove malware and other security threats
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual information systems maintenance
- Monitor computer system backups
- Prevent data corruption
- May also provide IT support for non-technical employees
- Facilitate end-user training on new software applications and other technology.
- May be needed to support various operations, which could include but is not limited to moving IT equipment, area maintenance, and physically cleaning and dusting computers.
- May be required to support the ongoing cybersecurity compliance projects, which could include but is not limited to assisting in making operational changes, and testing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent 2-4+ years of experience, however, will consider certifications or schooling
- Good analytical background
- Knowledge of networking services and common networking protocols
- Computer proficiency and understanding of various types of hardware and software
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to overcome challenges and drive projects to completion
- Helpful but not required: A+ /Network+ / Security + / MCP / Microsoft Fundamentals
