Job Description
Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience
We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist.
If you’re an experienced HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in your day, and is passionate about supporting employees and driving strong HR practices, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team. This fully-onsite position is located in the Germantown, WI area.
HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions and job offers
- Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientations
- Support employees and managers with HR-related questions, issues, and employee relations concerns
- Coach managers and staff on HR tools, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and engagement
- Assist with performance management, development initiatives, and compliance programs
- Maintain HR data, manage confidential information, and complete ad-hoc reporting and projects
Requirements for HR Generalist:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 6+ years of HR experience within manufacturing
- Recruiting experience within manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of ATS systems and HR best practices
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
