A Human Resources Business Partner job in Menomonee Falls, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 1+ years of human resources experience with a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition. In this position, candidates will complete recruitment of hourly and salaried employees, set up interviews, arrange drug testing, and conduct onboarding and offboarding interviews. This position will also collaborate with the safety team to establish policies to create a safe working environment, administer employee benefits, and maintain employee records.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong understanding of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Excellent Time Management and Organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
