Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience
A Hybrid Human Resources Generalist job in Sheboygan, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of human resources experience with strong employee relations experience. In this position, candidates will oversee employee relations, administer employee benefits, and assist with employee onboarding and training. This position will maintain and document employee data, implement HR programs and policies, and answer all employee related questions. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote for a growing company!
Human Resources Generalist job responsibilities include:
- Oversee employee relations
- Record employee time and attendance, including PTO and sick time
- Maintain employee records and data
- Administer employee benefits
- Complete recruiting for open positions
- Assist with employee onboarding and training
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Strong experience with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Understanding of employment law
- Experience working with unions a plus
- Excellent communication skills
