Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience
A Direct Hire HR Generalist job in Saukville, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of human resources experience, within a manufacturing environment preferred. In this position, candidates will maintain all employee records, complete benefit administration, and answer all employee questions. This position will also recruit and interview candidates and communicate with hiring managers about open positions. This role will begin work in Sheboygan, WI and then later in the year move to a plant in Saukville, WI.
HR Generalist job responsibilities include:
- Answer questions and concerns related to benefits, compensation and payroll
- Maintain employee records
- Recruit candidates for open roles
- Complete the interview process and conduct employee onboarding
- Ensure that company HR policies are followed
- Complete benefit administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Experience with recruiting is a plus
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
