Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Salary: Based on Experience
A Human Resources Generalist job in Waukesha, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role requires candidates to have 2+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, with an understanding of recruiting, benefit administration, and employee relations. This position will work closely with the HR Manager and is responsible for the recruitment process, conducting new employee orientations, administering employee benefits, and assisting with employee relations. This position will also ensure compliance with government regulations, and act as a backup for payroll when needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruit, interview, and assist in the hiring process for open roles.
- Conduct new employee orientations.
- Administer employee benefits plans.
- Administer the performance review program.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Act as a backup for payroll.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2+ years of human resources experience, in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Recruiting experience required.
- Experience in benefit administration and employee relations preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
