A HR Generalist job in the Wausau, WI area is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of Human Resources experience and payroll processing experience. This position will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, benefits administration, and training. This is a full-time onsite role with a growing company that offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Complete full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring applicable candidates.
- All payroll processing functions. Â
- Conduct new hire onboarding and benefit administration.Â
- Develop recruiting strategies with the hiring manager.Â
- Assist with employee relations.
- Act as a resource for employee questions and concerns.Â
- Develop plans to improve employee engagement.
Human Resources Generalist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Experience within a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Payroll processing experience.
- Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, ATS and HRIS systems.
