Position Title: Bilingual HR Generalist
Wage: Based on Experience
We’re looking for a talented, growth-oriented HR professional to join a fast-growing, family-friendly company  in Kalona, IA committed to quality, sustainability, and a positive workplace culture.
The Bilingual HR Generalist will provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, policies, and procedures. This is a high-priority role with opportunities to make a real impact.
Bilingual HR Generalist Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard and provide new hire orientation
- Assist with employee training and development
- Develop and promote HR policy and health & safety implementation
- Administer benefits and performance management programs
- Manage HRIS and payroll/time system support
- Prepare communications and complete exit interviews
- Coordinate events and support for HR initiatives
Requirements for Bilingual HR Generalist:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Strong computer and HRIS skills
- Knowledge of employment law, FMLA, ADA, OSHA and workers’ compensation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
