Are you a people-focused professional ready to take the next step in your HR career? Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Evansville, WI is seeking a full-time, fully onsite Human Resources Representative.
We’re looking for a motivated HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career. In this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR process improvements.
You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and site leadership to maintain compliance, strengthen workplace culture, and drive people-focused initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for plant and office employees
- Support employee engagement, retention, and HR communications
- Maintain HR records, HRIS data and compliance documentation
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Participate in HR system upgrades
- Help identify and implement process improvements in HR operations
- Stay current on HR best practices, laws, and technology trends
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of HR experience, including full cycle recruiting and onboarding experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience using HRIS systems
- Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- High emotional intelligence — firm yet empathetic approach
- Tech-savvy with an interest in improving HR systems and processes
