A Hybrid Contract Accountant job in Marshfield, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have a strong knowledge of general accounting and experience completing AP/AR and the general ledger. In this position, candidates will maintain financial records, prepare journal entries, reconcile AP/AR, and prepare monthly financial statements. This position will also process invoices, prepare and submit payroll, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with accounting principles. This role can be Hybrid once training is completed.
Hybrid Contract Accountant job responsibilities include:
- Maintain financial records
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Reconcile AP/AR
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Process invoices
- Prepare and submit payroll
- Assist with audits
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- General Ledger experience
- Experience completing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- ERP experience. Cloud Sweet preferred
