A Hybrid Controller job in Marshfield, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing, construction, or distribution environment. In this position, candidates will oversee the reconciliation of the general ledger, manage manufacturing costs and variances, analyze financial impacts, and manage month end close. This position will also manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepare financial plans, mentor staff, and assist with financial and tax audits.

- Strong financial analysis experience
- Excellent understanding of GAAP
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and other accounting software or ERP systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
