Position Title: IT Desktop/Network Support Agent Level 2-3
Salary: Based on Experience
An IT Desktop/Network Support Agent Level 2-3 job in Fort Atkinson, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of desktop or network support experience with a strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V. In this position, candidates will resolve internal networking and desktop issues, install new hardware and software, and maintain current systems. This position will also ensure proper operation of all computer systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolve internal networking and desktop issues.
- Install new hardware and software.
- Ensure proper operation of all computer systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network related problems.
- Maintain system configuration.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of desktop or network support experience.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems.
- Experience with installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
