Title: Inside Sales Manager – Omaha, NE (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and train the Inside Sales team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Customer Success & Sales Operations – Oversee quoting, call distribution, and customer escalations, ensuring smooth operations
- Process Improvement – Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency
 Collaboration & Communication – Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Reporting & Data Analysis – Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to drive continuous improvement
- Strategic Planning & Talent Development – Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while supporting organizational growth

What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in inside sales management, sales operations, or a related field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF), CRM tools, and data analytics. SAP experience is a plus
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to manage a team, resolve escalations, and drive performance
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Passion for delivering world-class service and building strong client relationships

Additional Details:
- Location: Omaha, NE (On-site, Monday–Friday)
- Travel: Occasional travel (<10%) for training, trade shows, or customer visits
- Eligibility: This position is not eligible for employment-based visa/immigration sponsorship
