Position Title: Inside Sales and Training Manager
Salary: Based on Experience
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Inside Sales & Training Manager to support a growing technical sales operation. This role is fully on-site and offers a stable weekday schedule with occasional flexibility based on customer needs.
Inside Sales and Training Manager Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide sales support to outside sales representatives and customers
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing and product availability
- Maintain customer records and order information in an ERP system
- Develop and manage training programs for inside sales staff
- Support field training and collaboration with sales and service teams
- Oversee performance review processes for inside sales associates
Inside Sales and Training Manager Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with technical products
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background in technical sales or training
- Experience in industrial, sanitary, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, fittings, heat exchangers, or related equipment
- Prior support of outside sales teams and cross-department collaboration
