A Lead Engineer job in Kansas City, MO is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 4+ years of Engineering experience, within the food industry, sheet metal, or other manufacturing industries preferred. In this position, candidates will design and develop products, transfer BOM data from CAD to AS400, develop engineering drawings and plans utilizing geometric dimensioning, and reverse engineer equipment for production. This position will also provide project updates, maintain equipment, and communicate with internal and external customers.

- Proficient experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with ERP software a plus
- Strong mechanical design aptitude
- Experience with machine trouble shooting
- Excellent project management skills
