A Liability Claims Adjuster job in Waukesha, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 3+ years of liability claims work experience with a strong understanding of Risk Management Systems. In this position, candidates will manage the investigation, reporting, and follow up process for the settlement of general and auto liability claims. This position will investigate multi line claims and incidents, enter claim files into the Risk Management Systems, and communicate with claimants. A hybrid work schedule with two remote workdays allowed after initial training. A competitive salary is offered along with a strong benefit package, including profit-sharing and 401(k) company match.
Liability Claims Adjuster Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the investigation, reporting, and follow up processes for the settlement of claims.Â
- Investigate multi-line claims and incidents.Â
- Enter claims file into Risk Management Systems.Â
- Answer all claim related questions.Â
- Secure claim reports. Â
- Review bills, invoices, and receipts for accuracy. Â
- Assist with special projects as needed.Â

Liability Claims Adjuster Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent amount of experience with claims work.
- 3+ years of liability claims work experience.
- Experience with Risk Management Systems such as Stars, Origami, or similar systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong investigative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
