Job Description
Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is partnering with a fantastic family-owned company specializing in food-manufacturing in a highly automated facility to find a top Maintenance Manager. They value a hands-on approach in their team-oriented environment where everyone pitches in to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Oversee parts inventory and maintenance shop operations
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports in electrical/PLC and mechanical maintenance
- Develop and enforce policies for documentation and food safety
Requirements:
- Previous management experience essential; adept at program development
- Strong technical background in Electrical/PLC and mechanical maintenance
- Familiarity with food safety standards and documentation
- Ability to instill structure and efficiency within the department
- Hands-on approach; willingness to work alongside the team
