Job Description:

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing efficient systems, processes, and machines to ensure the production of high-quality products. This position involves studying requirements for each process and product, determining the most efficient operation, and implementing improvements to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria such as efficiency and speed.
  • Study production and machine requirements to optimize performance.
  • Develop effective automated and non-automated systems.
  • Test new and existing production procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and install equipment to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources.
  • Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network performance.
  • Resolve issues and delays in production to ensure timely delivery.
  • Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality in the manufacturing process.
  • Train staff in new and existing processes.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive continuous improvement.
  • Upgrade systems and processes with new technology to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool designs.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CAD, MS Office).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
