Position Title: Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Salary: Based on Experience
Our client is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Supervisor with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision to join our team for an off-shift position (openings on both 2nd and 3rd shift). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the production process during the off-shift, ensuring timely and efficient execution of manufacturing operations.
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled technicians and operators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Monitor quality control procedures to maintain high standards and optimize production output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes and equipment ideal.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work the off-shift hours.
