Summary: This position is responsible for managing the purchasing, scheduling, and shipping of goods and services to ensure that the organization has the tools necessary to be successful. In addition, the position supports the tracing and control of inventory, contract negotiation with vendors and suppliers, and the evaluation of current and new suppliers.
Duties:
· Reduce all inventories with better use of our computer integrated manufacturing system.
· Ensures all necessary materials are on hand to ensure efficient operation of all departments and division
· Oversee evaluation of supplier performance and coordinate with AQP
· Organize and monitor physical inventory
· Maintain up-to-date list of Approved Suppliers
· Train and evaluate department personnel as necessary and required

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors, Associates or equivalent on the job experience
- Over 5 years of material management experience within manufacturing
- ERP system experience within a Supply Chain environment including planning, inventory control and purchasing
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with customer communication
- The ability to solve problems and resolve issues
