What You'll Do:
- New Product Development (NPD): Lead the way from feasibility to production, improving standard products and crafting custom solutions.
- Versatility & Expertise: Wear multiple hats, handling design, drawings, tolerance review, prototype creation, and overseeing the production process.
- CAD Proficiency: Proficient in SolidWorks; other software experience is welcomed.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, showcasing strong communication skills and creative problem-solving.
- Project Management: Manage projects effectively, contributing to the continuous growth of our innovative product line.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience & Skills: 2-4 years of mechanical engineering experience, familiarity with GD&T, and good project management capabilities.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Drive growth by bringing in fresh ideas and a commitment to long-term success.
- Training & Development: Open to learning and adapting while working on current products, transitioning into NPD.
