A Multi Plant Controller job in Stoughton, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This role requires candidates to have 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, multi-site experience preferred. In this position, candidates will oversee all plant financial activities and provide financial guidance to leadership teams. This position will maintain and analyze inventory costs, review profit & loss statements, and prepare capital expenditure reports. This role will require candidates to travel between plants weekly.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Multi-site experience preferred
- Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient leadership experience
