An Office Manager position in Franklin, WI is available through Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions. This fully onsite role is open due to an upcoming retirement and is a full-time, direct hire position reporting to the CFO. Â This role bridges human resources and accounting responsibilities and is ideal for someone who thrives with a variety of duties, values accuracy, and enjoys being at the heart of business operations. Office Manager job responsibilities include:
- Manage human resources duties including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage employee time and attendance and process payroll through the PEO company.
- Finalize yearly PEO contracts
- Manage and process accounts payable
- Assist the CFO as needed
- Manage office including inventory and ordering supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or human resources a plus
- 3+ years of administrative and/or office management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required, experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Experience with hiring, employee relations, payroll, and accounts payable
